Front Desk Supervisor

Position Description:  To maintain and promote guest hospitality at all times and to ensure that the guests have an efficient and informative front desk experience on both the phone and greeting them in person.  Duties include but, are not limited to; registering guests, issuing room or condo assignments and keys, coordinating guest transportation with Bell staff, answering the phones in a timely manner and answering inquiries regarding Snowmass Village services in general (restaurants, shops, activities). Supervises up to 5 front desk staff.

Status:  Full Time, Year Round

 

Position Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of guest service and supervisory experience preferred;
  • Solid computer skills required, experience with IQWare preferred;
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task while maintaining guest satisfaction at all times;
  • Must be very personable and able to talk with people at all levels;
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays;
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English;
  • Knowledge of Snowmass Village preferred;
  • Must abide by the Snowmass Hospitality Brand Standards;
  • Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Maintenance I

Position Description:  Responsible for day to day up keep of our managed properties.  Keep interior and exterior of all buildings clean, orderly, and well maintained.  Duties to include but, are not limited to, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other maintenance activities. Notify management concerning need for major repairs, or additions to lighting, heating and ventilation equipment, clean snow (winter) and debris from sidewalk and common areas, maintain and inspect pool and parking areas, communicate with owner and guests regarding any maintenance issues and complete any maintenance tasks in a timely manner.

Status:  Full Time, Year Round

Position Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years general maintenance experience including general construction, plumbing and electrical;
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy items;
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions;
  • Must be outgoing and able to talk with people easily;
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays;
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English;
  • Knowledge of Snowmass Village preferred;
  • Must abide by the Snowmass Hospitality Brand Standards;
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Bell Staff

Position Description: To maintain and promote guest hospitality at all times and to ensure that the guests have an enjoyable and efficient transportation experience. Duties include but, are not limited to; transporting guests to and from the airport, to the arrival center or to their unit within all of Snowmass Village. Ensuring that all company vehicles are in good working order, cleaned and serviced regularly, delivers and pick up guest luggage upon check in and check out, coordinate guest transportation with front desk staff, take care of all reasonable guest needs, issue room or condo assignments and keys, answer the phones in a timely manner and answer inquiries regarding Snowmass Village services in general (restaurants, shops, activities). It is the bell staff’s responsibility to maintain guest satisfaction at all times.

Status: Seasonal

Position Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of guest service experience preferred;
  • Winter driving experience necessary;
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions;
  • Solid knowledge of Snowmass Village preferred;
  • Must be able to lift and move luggage and bags over 50 lbs;
  • Solid computer skills with experience in IQWare preferred;
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task while maintaining guest satisfaction at all times;
  • Must be very personable and able to talk with people at all levels;
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays;
