Reservations Agent

Position Description:  To promote guest hospitality at all times and to ensure that the guests have an efficient and informative reservations experience on both the phone or if greeting them in person. Responsible for assisting guests with their vacation lodging needs, rooms/condo assignments based on the guests needs and wants. The reservations agent will also participate in an ongoing outbound call project to previous guests. Duties include, but are not limited to; answering the phones and emails in a timely manner and answer inquiries regarding Snowmass Village services in general (restaurants, shops, activities including Aspen Skiing Company lift ticket and ski lesson services).

Status:  Part Time, Year Round

Position Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of guest service experience preferred;
  • Solid computer skills required, experience with IQWare preferred;
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task while maintaining guest satisfaction at all times;
  • Must be very personable and able to talk with people at all levels;
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays;
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English;
  • Knowledge of Snowmass Village preferred;
  • Must abide by the Snowmass Hospitality Brand Standards;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Supervisor

Position Description:  Responsible for maintaining Snowmass Mountain Chalet and Snowmass Inn.  Keeping interior and exterior of all buildings clean, orderly, and well maintained.  Responsible for the supervision of maintenance staff and duties.  Duties to include but, are not limited to, train and schedule maintenance staff, ensuring the maintenance staff are performing required duties, assist in payroll performing minor and routine, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other maintenance activities, notifies management concerning need for major repairs, or additions to lighting, heating and ventilation equipment, communicate with owner and guests regarding any maintenance issues, complete any maintenance tasks in a timely manner.

Status:  Full Time, Year Round

Position Qualifications:

  • 5 years of general maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical preferred;
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred;
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions;
  • Must be outgoing and able to talk with people easily;
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays;
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English;
  • Knowledge of Snowmass Village preferred;
  • Must abide by the Snowmass Hospitality Brand Standards;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Relief Night Audit/Front Desk Agent

Position Description:  To maintain and promote guest hospitality at all times and to ensure that the guests have an efficient and informative front desk experience on both the phone and greeting them in person.  Duties include but, are not limited to; registering guests, issuing room assignments and keys, coordinating guest transportation with Bell staff, answering the phones in a timely manner and answering inquiries regarding Snowmass Village services in general (restaurants, shops, activities).

Status:  Full Time, Year Round
