Flights to Snowmass
Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is located 7 miles from the intersection of Brush Creek Road and Wood Road in Snowmass Village and is the most convenient airport in the Colorado ski country area! Flying into ASE is easy, and it’s the fastest way to start your Snowmass vacation.
United Express: Daily connecting flights from Denver as well as seasonal nonstop flights from Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, and Houston.
American Airlines: Daily non-stop flights from Dallas/Fort Worth & Los Angeles.
Delta: Delta Air Lines is back, and has nonstop seasonal service to Aspen with daily flights from Atlanta and Saturday-only flights from Minneapolis-St. Paul, effective Dec. 21, 2013 – March 30, 2014.
There is also service into Eagle County Regional Airport, located 70 miles from Snowmass. Air Canada, American, Continental, Delta and United Express fly nonstop from 11 U.S. cities into Eagle.
From Denver International Airport (DEN), Snowmass is 215 miles or approximately 3.5 hours drive via I-70 West to Glenwood Springs. During summer months, however, another scenic route from Denver is I-70 West to State Highway 91 South through Leadville to US 24 South, then west onto SH 82 over Independence Pass. (The pass is open only during warm-weather months, typically from just before Memorial Day in May to early November, weather permitting).
From Grand Junction, Colorado, Snowmass is an easy 2 hour drive east on I-70 connecting with State Highway 82 in Glenwood Springs.

Several transportation providers will pick Snowmass Hospitality guests up at the Denver, Grand Junction or Eagle airports and transport them to Aspen for a fee. Guest will share a van, and equipment is safely stored on the roof or rear racks. Our preferred provider is CME, and more information can be found here
Snowmass Village and Area Transportation
Snowmass Hospitality guests enjoy complimentary transportation within Snowmass Village. The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA), the local bus service, provides routes between Aspen and Snowmass, extending to other Roaring Fork Valley communities, including Basalt, El Jebel, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs and beyond. Hayden Lodge and Capitol Peak Lodge guests ONLY –
Our check-in location for these 2 lodges is located at 60 Carriage Way, Snowmass Village, Colorado 81615, at the base of the Capitol Peak lodge. Parking for check in only is adjacent to the lodge, in the 30 minute lot next to Treehouse, the children’s ski school center at Snowmass Base Village:
All guests staying in the following locations: Snowmass Mountain Chalet, Snowmass Inn, Aspenwood, Lichenhearth, Snowmass Mountain Condos, Woodbridge, Interlude, Shadowbrook, Sonnenblick, Terracehouse and Willows.
Please check in at the Snowmass Mountain Chalet front desk. The Chalet is located just down from the Mall, and at the end of Daly Lane (115 Daly Lane). When turning onto Daly Lane, you will pass by the Pokolodi Lodge and the Snowmass Inn on your left, before reaching the parking area for check-in. Once checked-in, you will receive instructions and directions to your chosen lodging.
